This is extremely awkward, like meeting someone for the first time. You know? With all the uncomfortable silences and looking around at other stuff so you don't accidently make eye contact and feel the need to say something...

I'm Rachel, Devyn to some... no, I wouldn't tell you my last name on the internet-- (you did fly half way around the world to meet internet friends)-- okay, that's a good point, but hey you never know what creeps might be out there. I'm 18 years old now, woohoo! Finally legal! ...to do almost nothing in the USA. Sometimes, I wished I lived in other other countries, at least I'd be on the right timezone then.
Blah, blah, blah... I'm a senior in the last semester of high school. I'm going to college out of state (I live in Texas), to Iowa State University on a scholarship for softball. I'm a pitcher for softball... yes... I pitch underhand and no, I don't throw like a sissy girl.

And that, my friends, is my life in a nutshell... a very small, compacted nutshell.
